· Identify e-learning activities, training and development needs within the Polytechnic through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Deans, Directors, Heads of Department, Unit Heads, Bursary and Registry Department.
· Organize certificate courses, online courses, flexible skill courses or short programs within and outside the Polytechnic community.
· Provide long-term improvement of employees' skills so that they can fulfill their potentials within the Polytechnic.
· Organize ICT trainings & Development for both staff and students.
Provide professional ICT training programmes (e.g. CISCO, Microsoft Certification, and Certificated Programmes) either alone or with other relevant unit in the Centre or with other internationally approved / reputed organizations outside the Polytechnic.
