REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEARANCE FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) 2023/2024 ADMISSION EXERCISE

  1. The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti (FPA) Post UTME Screening Result slip
  2. Online Application form
  3. Original copy of O’Level Certificate. (Note: Where Certificate is not ready, Statement of O’Level result, Broadsheet and Online Printout is required (Signed & Stamped)
  4. JAMB/UTME Score print-out
  5. Change of Institution/Course to Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as choice Institution

(If applicable)

  1. Admission Status print-out (via JAMB CAPS/Access my CAPS/Admission Status)
  2. JAMB Admission letter
  3. FPA Admission letter
  4. My Biodata printout (via JAMB CAPS)
  5. A dozen (12) recent passport photographs of normal size
  6. Seven (7) photocopies each of all the above arranged in the set order above!

 

PLEASE ARRANGE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND THE SEVEN (7) SETS OF PHOTOCOPIES IN THE ABOVE ORDER

 

Please note that after clearance, you will be required to immediately pay an Acceptance fee of #45,000:00 (excluding charges).  Do not join any Whatsapp/Telegram or online group for Admission consideration. Be wary of any personnel or group promising you admission, rather get your authentic information from the school website www.fedpolyado.edu.ng or the Admissions Office of the Institution. Report the phone numbers of the Administrators and names of such groups to the contact details stated below.

Also, be careful of unscrupulous individuals who may promise to help you with your admission clearance processes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEARANCE FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) (EVENING) 2023/2024 ADMISSION EXERCISE

Get Your Results Verified with Ease

 

Step 1: Make a formal request to the Registrar of the Polytechnic. The request should contain the following details:

The address of your organization (including E-mail address) making the request

The name and phone number of the person making the request on behalf of the organization

A photocopy of the statement of result or certificate to be verified is attached to the application/request for verification.

Step 2: Attach evidence of payment of the approved fees for the verification. The approved fees for verification of the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma statement of results respectively are N5,000 (with or without transcript). The fee is N10,000 for both (with or without transcripts).

Five thousand Naira (N5,000) for ND result with or without Transcript.

Five thousand Naira (N5,000) for HND results with or without Transcript.

Ten thousand Naira (N10,000) for ND and HND results.

Step 3: Make the payment through Remita into the Polytechnic Reference account with the following code: 1000060528.

Step 4: Send your request to the email address verification.reg@fedpolyado.edu.ng. The verification process will begin promptly, and the outcome of the verification will be communicated to you via email.
