Dr. Dayo Hephzibah Oladebeye, the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti received with shock the news of the demise of his counterpart, Dr. Momodu JIMAH who was until his death, the Rector of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State.
The loss of Dr. M. Jimah is deeply painful to Dr. D. H. Oladebeye being his contemporary and having served in their respective Institutions as Acting Rectors and appointed Rectors almost about the same time.
The unexpected death of Dr. Momoh JIMAH has indeed robbed the Polytechnic Sector of a great compatriot and hardworking visionary, who had contributed immensely to the transformation and development of the Polytechnic Education in Nigeria.
On behalf of Management, Staff and Students of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, the Rector condoles with the entire family of Dr. M. Jimah and particularly, the Management of Auchi Polytechnic including Staff and Students.
It is our prayers that the Almighty God will assuage the feelings of the bereaved and grant them all the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss of their beloved one.
